Buyers and Tenants: We will be with you every step of the way whether you are looking to Buy or Rent a Property advising and assisting from start to finish, and looking at ways to save you money.
Buyers: We will from the outset make you aware of how you can purchase property whether through us or not, without you getting gazumped, or losing your dream home.
Sellers: We will advise you from our initial conversation, how we can sell your property in the quickest way and for the best possible price, and how we can safe guard the selling of your property, whether you sell through us or not.
Landlords: We will look at the options best available to you, for protecting your investment, whether we manage your property or not.
Sales Progression: We will keep you up to date, by either email or phone to the progress of your Purchase or Sale, which will include us Liaising with Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, Financial Advisers, Estate Agents, and the like from the start through to Legal Completion.
Lettings Progression: We will keep you up to date, by email or phone as to the progress of your Rental Property or Intended Property to Rent, with the referencing process, current legislation, Building Insurance Options Landlords and Contents Insurance for Tenants making sure that everyone is protected as they should be.
Speak your language: Communicate with you in plain English and avoid technical jargon.
Contactable: Our Offices are open from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday – Friday, and are available up until 9.00pm during this time on our mobile phones, and are contactable on Saturdays via our mobile phones.
